Spillman Contracting was founded in 2003 by me, Jeremy Spillman. Homebuilding started off as a childhood dream. As a kid I prefered to take the long way home through upper scale neighborhoods. The architecture and overall beauty was fascinatting. I knew I wanted to be a part of the whole process, and quickly realized I wanted to be a contractor. With a nack for design and a eagerness to learn the trades of a craftsmen, I set out on that childhood dream. Taking any job in construction and odd jobs on the side I quickly honed my skills. I overcame any obstacle in my path, and pursued my passion for building by breaking off on my own. I started out building decks, and was soon building homes from start to finish. With no interest in production building, my priorty has always been custom projects that I can showcase my work.
The mission from the beginning was to be known as a one of a kind contractor that offers unique designs that are built with superior craftsmenship, and backed by excellent customer service.
Spillman Contracting now offers design services and specializes in all facets of residential construction. and light commercial construction.
